It is with great pride and privilege that I, Dr. Vishal Dubey, welcome you to Mahamaya Government Degree College, Sherkot, Bijnor. As the officiating principal and an Assistant Professor, it has been my honor to contribute to this esteemed institution, fostering academic excellence and a spirit of inquiry among our students. With over a decade of teaching experience and a deep-rooted commitment to the field of Defence and Strategic Studies, my academic journey has been shaped by my D.Phil. from the University of Allahabad and my qualification as a UGC-NET scholar. My areas of interest, including Narco-Terrorism, National Security, and the strategic dynamics of regions such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, China, and Tibet, reflect my passion for understanding the global security landscape. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of publishing over 12 research papers and presenting more than 30 papers at prestigious national and international seminars. These accomplishments not only reflect my dedication to the advancement of knowledge but also inspire me to encourage our students to pursue their own academic and professional aspirations.
